Clean, Easy Access, staff are friendly and very helpful. I got a storage unit for my daughter attending UNR and even though its a little further away, it was SIGNIFICANTLY better pricing, with summer and prepayment specials. They were able to help me get my account, and access code set up, evwn though I was not physically in town. The staff always is always willing to text me a reminder if they are going to take payment, which is pretty awesome since Im already asking to pay a date late lol!!

They will raise the rent on you randomly after a few months. No explanation, for me it was $40 more, nothing had changed. I understand the move in special ends, but the next month they decided to raise it for no reason. DO NOT RENT HERE. YOUR CONTRACT CHANGES/MONTHLY AMOUNT DUE CHANGES EACH MONTH!! NOT WORTH IT. THEY DO IT WHEN YOU MOVE ALL YOUR STUFF IN AND EVERY MONTH YOU WILL PAY MORE AND MORE. GREEDY CROOKS!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND DONT EVEN MOVE IN HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING LONG TERM.

I just don't understand how you guys raise the rent so high.\n Every few months, it seems to where people can't afford it, that's everything we own and to raise it. $75 to a $100 is outrageous.
