Good customer service and the storage units are excellent 👍
The facility was clean and the staff were friendly, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency around pricing. My 5x5 unit was advertised at $32/month, with 50% off for the first two months. I only learned about the potential for a substantial future increase because I happened to ask about rate increases while being shown the unit on move-in day. My experience could not have gone better. I have never rented a storage unit before and the manager, Mark was very thorough in explaining and showing the process to me. He was personable yet professional. The units and surrounding area looked neat, clean and secure. So far I highly recommend.
