I was able to rent as we traveled and upgrade to a larger unit. The unit was ready when we arrived with uhaul in tow.
They were pretty busy and a little frazzled but the gal In There really handled herself well under the circumstances and apologized for the wait and got me taken care of in a timely matter. This is the second time I’ve used West Coast Storage and I know I won’t be disappointed. They were good to me before and I know I’ll be taken care of again.
Sarah you made it so easy to rent the unit from a different state. Thank you for all your help. Moving is never fun and you helped make this a lot easier. I wish I could give her a Double 5 stars!! Keep up the Great customer service very hard to find anymore. Go to West Coast and rent from Sarah!
Sarah was fabulous to work with. I am renting from out of state and she made it so easy to get all setup, so after a long drive there no need to do paperwork. She answered every question we had. Highly recommended to rent here and ask for Sarah!
