Amazing service!
Great customer service! Easy process to rent a storage unit.
Staff is friendly, lot is secure. Great for moving, but not long term storage. The rates skyrocket after a few months.
I was able to rent as we traveled and upgrade to a larger unit. The unit was ready when we arrived with uhaul in tow.
They were pretty busy and a little frazzled but the gal In There really handled herself well under the circumstances and apologized for the wait and got me taken care of in a timely matter. This is the second time I’ve used West Coast Storage and I know I won’t be disappointed. They were good to me before and I know I’ll be taken care of again.
