My experience with Kelli was awesome, she walked me through every step of the process. As soon as I walked in the door she said “Hello Margarita” I thought that was very welcoming! Great customer service.
Came in on short notice after a flood downstairs left us needing storage fast. Kelli Griffin, the property manager, was straight with me about what was available and walked me through the options in person instead of just pointing at a price sheet. She showed me around the facility and I picked the premium unit without hesitation — it fit what my family needed. The facility itself sold me.
