A scam. Rate hiked twice in a year so that we were charged double what our original lease stated. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful.
Excellent Service. I felt like Jeri, the wonderful woman in the office, had an intuitive sense of how to take care of my needs. She showed me everything that was involved in getting the storage space I needed. I'm a "visual" learner, and she seemed to pick that up. There was clarity on everything involved, including a map of the building my storage room was in, highlighted with the two different ways to come in.
