Best storage I've ever been. I am working for the moving company and we are using a lot of storages all over the country. I have never seen such clean and organized place, ever before. Ash, the manager of the storage is a great Human being with amazing personality. He was extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you for all your help and your big heart Sir. Wish you all the best.

Prices shoot up dramatically throughout the year for even small spaces and facilities give no notice of mice/rat investations and expect the full amount to be paid. Many boxes had poop for who knows how long. Disappointed after the first few months. Will not be storing here again.

I had such a great experience with Tammy at West Coast Self-Storage. I needed a cylinder lock drilled out, and it turned out to be much more difficult and stubborn than expected. Tammy was incredibly patient, determined, and helpful throughout the entire process. She really went above and beyond and put in a tremendous amount of effort to make sure everything was taken care of. We had a wonderful experience at West coast self storage today! Tammy was wonderful, patient, kind and honest she was very sweet and friendly and made our day she really listened to us and took care of what we needed with my friend's storage!
