Above and beyond is amazing storage
The manager is really very helpful, patient. And the rent is very reasonable.
This place charged me for over 5 months without me having signed a lease. They didn't notify me that I was being charged. Customer service was bad, Xavier, who spoke with me when I tried to resolve the issue was very condescending. When I suggested my name and email were gotten wrong, he said "Sorry but I can't even pronounce your last name, it's so long". I give it 4 stars because these prices continue to increase! However, if we could award 10 stars it would be to Xavier the site manager. The only reason I continue to store here at 2xs the original price is for him. I feel safe knowing he is on site, and he always notifies me what can be stored and which items are not OK. He’s Super organized - and the storage and bathrooms are ALWAYS clean. They don’t allow riff-raff here either. Some trade offs, but it’s worth it for peace of mind knowing Xavier is on staff.
