I wish I could give West Coast Self Storage 6+stars. I worked with both Kyle and Dustin, and they were both so helpful and kind. There were no hidden costs or unwanted surprises. In fact, when given the opportunity to charge me an additional month’s rent due to timing, they helped me out with options so that I wasn’t out the additional money. I spoke and texted with real humans every time - no AI chat bots! Maybe it’s the contrast with everywhere else, but I can’t say enough about the humanity I experienced in their customer... read more

Why say you’re open till 6 when the clerk is gone with a will return that isn’t truthful and you can’t reach anyone. Got here and waited 30 minutes till the time on the return clock and still waited 20 more minutes, even got the U-Haul rep to answer but no luck. Makes no sense to say the hours are 6 when no one is here by 4:30 and it’s already 5:23 with still no one in sight.

Storing at West Coast Self Storage has been a very pleasant experience; the facility is clean, has enough hours of access, tenants are easy to talk to, and the staff like Kyle and Dustin are always going above and beyond and willing to assist, and fulfill requests that will make the customers lives run smoothly; they answer your questions and address your needs, care about the safety of guests on property, and mae great team players while co- managing the office.
