I needed a small storage unit for tempoary storage. I was directed to West Coast and Erin the manager, by someone who had been using this company. I met Erin and she was professional and dedicated to her job. She answered all my questions and provided me with the advertised discount. When asking which size unit I would need, she directed me to a smaller unit with a wide opening instead of a narrow one. This proved to be much easier to use and navigate. After almost getting completely screwed over by U-Haul, Eddy and the team at West Coast Storage stepped in and made sure I was still able to move. Eddy went above and beyond to help sort out my reservation, and Abby (I believe that was her name) also worked with U-Haul to confirm everything and make sure my reservation wasn’t canceled. Huge thanks to the entire team at West Coast Storage for helping me out in a stressful situation.

…so I finally cleared out that unit I’ve been putting off for months. honestly it went way smoother than I expected, the place is always clean and quiet which is nice for this area. they had a small issue with the gate code when i first got there, but the front desk guy came out and fixed it in like two minutes so it was no big deal. the rates are also really reasonable, especially for how convinient the location is off the 5. i needed to get in a few times after hours and the access worked perfctly each time with no problem... read more
