The only reason for 4 stars is that nobody mentioned anywhere in the lease that you have to buy key. Otherwise, process would be contactless and so convenient.
Horrible service, never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. I provided my insurance documentation for unit and I'm being force placed with their insurance and they won't fix it.
Erin was very helpful and friendly. She helped my friend choose the right size unit. The storage unit is climate controlled and the floor was cleaned before we arrived. I think this storage facility has implemented great security protocols. There were plenty of dolly’s available for us to use.
I was not thrilled. They use to.be nice but now they are kinda rude. Storage went up to $495 a month. Called to see if they could reduce and the lady says we will put you on our lists and hung up. Also decided to move... She came up while the movers are trying to move and picked up bed frame and threw it out of the elevator . Since we have been there awhile there was a homeless lady living in facility for a while with her dogs. This place is great. It has a great location, it's practically brand new construction because it is, it's temperature controlled. But what makes this place exceptionally great and worth double the five stars allowed here, is Erin. I'm a local business owner in the construction trades, so I know what to look for in a storage unit. And it's management, it always comes down to management.
