Always very friendly and helpful. They made it super easy to exchange my sailing gear and get new gear mailed to my home. They are always able to get the gear I need or want.
Very disappointed with the customer service of West Coast Sailing. Placed an order that should have met the threshold for prepaid freight, but was informed after the fact that one of the products I ordered was, in fact, supplied by Hobie. As such, I was charged for the freight. Apparently, West Coast Sailing expects their clients to have better psychic powers than I possess. Knowledgeable and responsive staff, great selection, efficient website, reliable transaction handling, and quick shipping. West Coast Sailing is our go-to place for racing gear. Really good customer service. For instance, when Laser parts are backordered, they'll keep us posted to let us know they haven't forgotten the order, and ask whether to keep it pending or not. West Coast Sailing now has the Hansa 303. It is a GREAT boat for programs wanting to serve individuals with disabilities. We have 6 boats in Traverse City Michigan. LOVE that boat! Affordable, fun, and safe. Thanks for bring this boat to the U.S.

I ordered a sail and traveller block from west coast in march and still have not received it, i have been tracking the item and it says it has been returned to you due to customs issues. I have emailed you guys 3 times and have not received a reply, not impressed with the lack of communication or help to assist me to get my order
