Mike is the man!!! We searched for an RV rental less than a month before our trip from SoCal. We called around and Mike picked up and gave us a great quote. During our three week road trip around the states, we were able to call and get help with anything morning or night. Excellent service! We were even given a sweet discount since we went a few thousand miles over our quote. Every one of their RVs and trailers were super clean and we were able to return it a bit messy with no charges. Mike was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me. I'm sure he thinks it's my fault somehow. What a joke.
So not sure if it was manger or owner of West Coast Rv,Inc., but the person that took my call was rude and I went and got service elsewhere.
