I brought our A-frame trailer to West Coast RV in March 2025 for a range of repairs and maintenance. A few months later, during our first camping trip in July, I noticed that the seals around the windows had started to crack. I brought the trailer back to West Coast RV, and without hesitation, they stood behind their work and redid the repairs properly at no extra cost. Cost me $890 to have a fuse installed on an inverter on my Keystone rv. Complete rip off!! RV repair company’s are a complete cash grab! Not my first experience with RV “repair “ company’s Was “verbally “ quoted around 600. Also 360 for fuse. The inverter was already installed and just needed to add the fuse unit So labour charge around 500.00. WOW!!
After my experience with them installing a new awning canvas, never again. Our 2016 trailer awning rolled in and out (power awning) without any problem before I took it to them. Now the rear arm wobbles so much, it will definitely break soon or cause further damage. And even though the mechanic witnessed this, they were no help fix it. We were pleasantly surprised that this shop was so easy to work with - it’s not always the case when getting your RV repaired at the beginning of the summer. This team fit us in, kept us informed and there were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. We will be back!
We bought our trailer at West Coast RV and they did not disappoint. They were patient, kind, genuine, and very honest! We were pleased after many conversations about a trailer we know needed some work to find out just like he said could just be an easy fix at home. I actually feel like we got a steal of a deal and I will use them in the future for any repairs.
