I bought an RV from them without being informed of the prior damage or that it had rebuilt status. I specifically asked about the history of the RV and was told they didn't know of any prior damage. I later found out it had a rebuilt status and their shop has done the repairs. They didn't declare the prior damage over $2000 on the sales agreement as required by law and I had to make a complaint to the BC Vehicle Sales Authority in order for them to agree to buy back the RV.
We have used Westcoast rv for many years and have always been very satisfied with their work. Recently we had our roof on our b class repaired and repainted. They did a fabulous job replacing some decals on the sides as well. Our rv looks brand new. We are impressed with the beautiful job they did. I can recommend Westcoast wholeheartedly.
Bahgram is a great guy to deal with. Bought my first trailer here and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Would go here again!
Extremely poor customer service.
We just purchased an Escape Trailer from West Coast RV and were very happy with our experience. They were wonderful to deal with and we would highly recommend then to anyone who asks.
