Dr. Georgia Kamboj was professional and personable, and she made a genuine effort to ensure that all my questions were answered thoroughly. I was completely satisfied with establishing my healthcare with her, as I felt I was in good and caring hands.
West Coast Retina (WCR) is a gem. As an enrollee w/ Kaiser Oakland for 38 yrs. I've had excellent surgeons + excellent surgeons for family members. HOWEVER: Recent visits w/ Kaiser Oakland Eye Dept. surgeons has sent me searching for better options. Kaiser Oakland's cataract surgeon found a "bump" in my retina, so I was referred to their Kaiser Oakland's retina surgeon, who was dismissive and un-helpful. The staff was attentive and professional. I enjoyed Dr Chen tremendously. She explained what was going on with my eyes and in particular my right eye. She showed me pictures and explained what my options were while being sensitive to my reaction and concern. I look forward to working with her.
