Very disappointed with this company. For over six months, their building work next door has caused ongoing damage to my property, including structural damage , sand blocking our drainage, and hardened concrete left on multiple tiles. The situation has only gotten worse, and emails to this company has never been acknowledged. Extremely unprofessional with zero customer service. Look elsewhere.

We moved into our new home built by West Coast Residential in February this year and couldnt be happier. The whole process was seamless. We were recommended to use them by a friend who had built wuth them during Covid and we have recommended them to all our friends who are building. Washington was amazing, transparent regarding costs and extremely helpful and easy to communucate with, dealing with any issues that arose promptly. We are living next door to a house that was built by West Coast Residential. Their guidance resulted in an air conditioning unit being located on their build to be placed adjacent to my bedroom window in our property. Cost saving I suppose, certainly no due diligence of the impact (or potential for impact) on noise. Amazing company to work with. They built us such a beautiful house and were fantastic at giving us guidance and suggestions to make our visions work. The site manager Nathan is the absolute MVP. His attention to detail is incredible. Even after we’ve moved in, both him and Washington have checked in to see how we’re going. Would highly recommend West Coast Residential.

Westcoast Residential constructed our house mid-covid with final complition and keys handover in May 2022. Even though Westcoast Residential needed to navigate issues such as building supply and labour shortages, the end result was fantastic. 2 and half years on , no structural issues have arrised. We would recommend Westcoast Residential to carry out a quality build with very professional service. Washington was great to deal with and always available to contact. 10 out of 10. Natalya and Pete
