Westcoast Residential constructed our house mid-covid with final complition and keys handover in May 2022. Even though Westcoast Residential needed to navigate issues such as building supply and labour shortages, the end result was fantastic. 2 and half years on , no structural issues have arrised. We would recommend Westcoast Residential to carry out a quality build with very professional service. Washington was great to deal with and always available to contact. 10 out of 10. i don’t have many great photos as i’m still unpacking and need to do landscaping, but i just moved into this 3x2 on a rear 300sqm rear block. Built by West Coast Residential. so unbelievably happy with how it’s turned out and can’t thank the westcoast team enough. sure there were a few issues and some minor delays along the way, but i definately feel like one of the lucky ones given the current challenges in the building industry and i would recommend these guys to anyone looking to build

You deal directly with your builder which is a game changer in transparency and trust, and speeds up the whole process. Great customer service and straight down the line communication is what you will get, finished with a top quality home. Even after the build Washington was always there to answer questions promptly. We built in 2017 and 6 years on feel happy about our decision. Don't roll the dice on one of most important investment you make in your life. Thanks to Washington and the Team.

I worked with Washington and his team to build my latest project. From the very first meeting to the handover I could not fault Washington or his attention to detail. The end product was incredible.
