Two years ago, we had West Coast Refinishing put in a new shower. Recently, we discovered the floor was swollen in front of the shower. Upon investigation, there was over $9,000 in water damage in and around the shower. The cement lip and shower underlayment were 100% saturated with water. We had to mitigate for mold, and it took nine days with fans and a dehumidifier to dry!
