RUN! A living nightmare to deal with. They don’t comprehend how to do their jobs. There is no reason I should have an attorney when I pay my rent on time & take care of the property. Ivana & Brett do nothing but lie about maintenance and communication. Spoke to the owner of the company and he made an agreement months ago that still has not been upheld.

Zero stars, I moved out end of October before Halloween, then final walkthrough first week of November. It’s almost the end of January now and still no security deposit (after them telling me by law it’s 21days) well it’s been more than 21 days. Please review the rental/lease agreement, it’s for whatever’s convenient for them. Still waiting for my security deposit or even a freaking invoice.

Warning: Avoid this company at all costs. I was a tenant in a property they managed, but rarely dealt with them directly because they were consistently unresponsive. Jez was the only person from the company who occasionally made an effort to help, but unfortunately, even her efforts weren’t enough to make up for the overall lack of professionalism.
