Zero stars, I moved out end of October before Halloween, then final walkthrough first week of November. It’s almost the end of January now and still no security deposit (after them telling me by law it’s 21days) well it’s been more than 21 days. Please review the rental/lease agreement, it’s for whatever’s convenient for them. Still waiting for my security deposit or even a freaking invoice.

Warning: Avoid this company at all costs. I was a tenant in a property they managed, but rarely dealt with them directly because they were consistently unresponsive. Jez was the only person from the company who occasionally made an effort to help, but unfortunately, even her efforts weren’t enough to make up for the overall lack of professionalism. I’ve been renting for about three years now. And at first, I loved west coast realty and how hands on they were. Now, you can barely get through to anyone and the people I do get through too are rude and never know what’s going on. I call and get the same guy who literally doesn’t know anything who is sitting in his house not in the office answering calls.
