Warning: Avoid this company at all costs. I was a tenant in a property they managed, but rarely dealt with them directly because they were consistently unresponsive. I’ve been renting for about three years now. And at first, I loved west coast realty and how hands on they were. Now, you can barely get through to anyone and the people I do get through too are rude and never know what’s going on. I call and get the same guy who literally doesn’t know anything who is sitting in his house not in the office answering calls.
