Update we are currently having to get an attorney and file a claim to take them to court they are non responsive about giving us our 4,500 security deposit back. If you haven’t received your deposit don’t expect it back I suggest talking to an attorney to get your money back. Horrible horrible business never answer calls can’t get ahold of anyone ever maintenance never gets taken care of and it’s been 4 weeks and still no security deposit. Scammers
Do not sign a lease with this company. You will not get your security despot back. Not even sure if this company is still active as I can’t get anyone to answer me. I moved out in June and they still owe me over $4000 as of October. Kelly Archer, Conner Goss and Bret Baxter are non responsive. I believe Kelly Archer’s real estate license is under investigation for commingling funds. There has also been some internal theft/embezzlement. Stay as far away as possible.
Terrible company. We moved out in May still have not gotten our security deposit yet. Even tried mailing them certified mail requesting it back, TURNS OUT THEIR LISTED ADDRESS IS FAKE!! This company is a scam!

Do not use this company. They are unresponsive, and an absolute nightmare to deal with administratively. We were tenants, and when we moved in the house was disgusting. The listing said yard work was included. But they did not honor that. We were good stewards of the property, and fixed a lot of things on our own mainly because they wouldn’t have responded in a timely manner to do it anyway.
