work out for us on selling a property and had good advice
I would give Jim a minus score if it were possible. I bought a nanufactured home from him where he represented the seller AND never told me! It took 4 months to close, and I had to pay $2000. for tie downs the "seller probably wouldn't pay for" three months in. When I finally found out Jim's contractual obligations to both oarties, his assistant told me, "he's done this before and it usually works out well." Jim Hoberg and his team helped us find a great rental home while we looked for a permanent home in the Florence area. Every staff member in the West Coast office has been friendly, professional, and always very responsive to questions or concerns.
