The team at West Coast bought out the company that was managing the rental we were in meaning they took over as landlords. I was worried that they would not be as good as the previous one. Also whether they would believe the previous condition of the home we were in prior to our moving in and blame or make us prove the damages were from us. I would give Jim a minus score if it were possible. I bought a nanufactured home from him where he represented the seller AND never told me! It took 4 months to close, and I had to pay $2000. for tie downs the "seller probably wouldn't pay for" three months in. When I finally found out Jim's contractual obligations to both oarties, his assistant told me, "he's done this before and it usually works out well."
