Frustrating, stressful and anxiety beyond my endurance. After my doctor saw the results of the x-rays he ordered he ordered tests at West Coast Radiology Center, following his instructions and confirming the appointment 3 times. My son got me there 30 minutes early. To be denied the procedure because I did not have a confirmation number.

Very professional they took me in almost immediately and for me that was nice that I can get in and out within a half an hour

The customer service is amazing very friendly staff extremely caring they make you feel right at home it is a very lovely atmosphere everybody needs to go there I loved the MRI tech she was wonderful it reminded me of when I was in the workforce I put customer service to a high standard loved it
