Oscar has zero integrity. He lies, cheats, and doesn’t pay his contracts. He makes false promises that he’ll pay with no intention of following through. Do not work with this company unless you want to lose tens of thousands of dollars.
I don't even know where to start. Oscar is a evil man. He will say WHATEVER you want to hear to get what he wants then he will screw you over. He has screwed my family over $17,000+ for work they did for one of his mansions. He just keeps saying that he will pay this week BUT NEVER WILL. Do not trust this man for anything. Oscar belongs in prison he's so bad.
