Was looking for a repair shop to fix my Westinghouse igen4500df. Due to the bad reviews, I will look elsewhere to have my repair done. Word of advice to the owner, learn how to treat the general public, we are what keeps a business like yours, in business.
Guys only about money and won’t even accept easy tasks. If it’s not a major name brand then hang it up and expect a giggle and a good luck that’s riddled with Maint.

Unprofessional customer service
Got to this place to find it locked on a weekday. Phoned and they said they are closed for lunch from 12-1 and that I should read the handwritten sign on the door. Does not mention that on google or anywhere other than driving there to be told to go home. They probably are great at fixing stuff, but a competitor warned me that they are super difficult to work with. He was right.
