Incompetence Short story: Ian calibrated my pump incorrectly and refused to admit it, telling me that the way my pump was acting was "normal." I finally had to have another company come out and fix the problem he caused (every company I called assured me that what I was experiencing was not normal). Really recommend these guys I had a clogged toilet...then shower...turned out to be a main drain problem. Ean came out quickly. Did a great job.. Explained the process and cost up front. Found a broken pipe that the old owner fixed with duc tape and cement. Big ooops.Really happy with the service and the clean-up work he did.

This is a plumber you can count on! I called West Coast Plumbing Pumps and Filtration after I read an article on the importance of clean and filtered water. Ean came out to my house and tested my water for free!! I couldn't believe it! I also couldn't believe what was in my water. Ean clearly explained my options as far as water treatment. He installed my unit in a day and was very helpful and did the job quick and efficently. I will definitely call West Coast again for any of my plumbing!
