Great company Super staff Nice product line Reasonable
I am leaving West Coast Overhead Door Co. after more than 20 years because of the unprofessional attitude of their manager. After returning for a repair that should have been done at the time of a routine service, I advised the technician that I wanted to pay by check. He reported to his manager that I had refused to pay. I received two phone calls from the manager advising me that he intended to put a lien on my house for a $233 service!
West Coast Overhead Door and their man Urial did a fantastic job repairing a problem with my door. The call was $135 plus a few parts and was done promptly. Satisfied and would reccomend.
Very professional and fair pricing. I’ve used for slide gates, door systems and garage doors, even made me 4 custom doors
