Excellent service and care for clients.
The diagnosis I needed to discuss required a panoramic xray which my insurance cover. We used that one to discuss the treatment. After the discussion, they told me they were going to take another X-ray free of charge. Turned out, they charged me for the second one which my insurance don’t cover and I had to pay an extra 250 dollars. When I claimed this, they tried to convince me that the doctor used the second X-ray to discuss the treatment and not the first one and that I was mistaken.
