The diagnosis I needed to discuss required a panoramic xray which my insurance cover. We used that one to discuss the treatment. After the discussion, they told me they were going to take another X-ray free of charge. Turned out, they charged me for the second one which my insurance don’t cover and I had to pay an extra 250 dollars. When I claimed this, they tried to convince me that the doctor used the second X-ray to discuss the treatment and not the first one and that I was mistaken. Incredible team, incredible service. If I could give more than five stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The level of care, efficiency, and communication was outstanding throughout my entire visit. Every step was explained clearly, and I felt completely at ease. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at any medical office, this team sets the standard for excellence in oral surgery care.
My kid went there, they are very expensive, 30%~50% above any insurance willing to compensate. Another reason I deduct a star, they told my kid they would handle all the insurance claim submissions, we provided all the documents, and almost a month past, no submission to my insurance.
Simply just best Maxoillofacial doctor in the county , Dr Sadeghi ! Best dentist experience I’ve ever had , this is a different level of professionalism ! Just great humans , treated me great from the minute I’ve walk into the door till I’ve left , constantly checking on me . God bless you guys ! I relay appreciate !! The inplat took 5 min , no pain no stress . Done 🙏
Very professional office team and surgeon, Dr Sadeghi. Back, top molar extraction plus a biopsy/removal of a growth on soft palate and no pain afterwards!
