I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with this office. Unfortunately, the customer service was deeply disappointing. I was treated with a surprising lack of care or empathy, which is especially troubling in a medical setting where compassion should be central. The interaction felt cold and impersonal, as though the person on the phone forgot there was a real human being on the other end. Because of this experience, I chose not to move forward with West Coast OBGYN.

I have seen nearly every provider at the San Diego office during my pregnancy and they have all been great. Very intelligent, kind, great at explaining things and answering questions I didn’t know I had. The staff is all super kind as well. Dr. Goodwin delivered my baby and is amazing. I will absolutely continue to choose this team as my obgyn and for my next pregnancy.

I was able to be seen by the Director, Ob/gyn. By far, one of the best Dr.'s I have ever had. The front and back office staff went far and beyond my expectations. I would give 10 stars if possible.

I’ve had an amazing experience at the office. The reviews threw me off because the staff were friendly, Dr. Engorn was extremely thorough, attentive, and helpful. I felt heard and cared for, all of my issues and concerns were addressed in great detail. Everything is being taken care of now. Looking forward to my next appointment with Dr. Engorn and to my visit to the office.
