I don’t get how you have people working there that don’t speak proper English !!! I kept telling her if she takes IEHP and she said No even though I called 3xs prior to that and they told yes they do . I told her I had a referral and it seems like no one wants to do the paper work to prep for this . So getting denied cause your medical staff is incompetent is not my problem.

I made an appointment and went to it. Apparently, I was at the wrong office. The office staff did not want to help me. I waited for what seemed like an eternity. I was exasperated and overwhelmed. No one helped me. My experience was bad. I expected a higher level of care since they are located at Casa Colina. I was disappointed.

West Coast Neurology, Dr. Lakin I’ve seen a few times is great. The staff is friendly and professional. However, you should really take a look at your check in process. The first question that is asked is are you Hispanic or other? This is not Mexico. That is the question you would ask in Mexico. This is the United States so either change it or don’t ask it at all.
