Don’t trust this company Alex he’s the owner. He’s the biggest liar I ever deal with. If you’re in the market to buy a vehicle, good luck with this company because there are liars.
Vehicle was misrepresented as needing nothing and in perfect condition. DO NOT trust Alex. Took it to a local shop to get a few small things fixed and came back with a full list of things that need to be fixed. Would not recommend. Take it to another shop to get thoroughly checked out if you do decide to purchase a vehicle from West Coast Motors LLC.
i asked for a picture of the back trunk which he never sent,i wanted it because i would have to drive 50 miles to check it out ,so i never went

we are very short staffed due to Covid, and by appointment only, the car you inquired about had pictures of the trunk in ad and it was already sold, I’m sorry you were so upset that you felt you had to put a review that we didn’t cater to your needs fast enough, hopefully you find a car you looking for. In this market nice stuff goes fast

Dealer was very friendly and responsive. The car was in great shape and the staff made the whole experience enjoyable. I would not hesitate to buy from him again the next time I am in the market. This is a great option to the traditional car buying experience at a large high pressure lot. We are extremely satisfied with our experience.
Still have the car but was moved to another facility in California did not want to drive all the way there to not like the car but the dealer was responsive
Traveled over 500miles to pick up a truck we had agreed on and never said that the truck had engine light on, Loose steering, alternator didn’t work, and other mechanical stuff until we got to the dealership. This was a waste of time and money.

This is a 16 year old truck with over 210,000 miles on it and priced $4000 under IMV market value, this customer offered $3000 below that and I agreed. Its an old used truck under $10k. I explained the condition as it is, but I guess not everyone is realistic on condition. He stated that this was his 1st car he was ever buying. After he drove the truck he said thank you and that he was going to look at a few others.
