Purchased another bike through this shop, Great service and easy to deal with
I was expecting the staff to have more knowledge of the brand. A lot of i thinks, mmmm not too sures, sales stated oh im in sales and go to service and ask, then service is go to spares and ask, then oh thats the lady, ask her about warranty im not too sure as she deals with that and only in on week days. All under 1 roof yet felt so disjointed. From start to finish my experience with the team at west coast was 10/10 Andy in sales was super helpful in getting me onto a new 450 and was awesome start to finish giving me sound advice and pointing me in the right direction Helen and Daniel in the up stairs store were nothing short of amazing aswell, they both went above and beyond to help me get suited and booted considering how under the pump they all were.
