Less than 1 if possible ! Absolutely terrible experience at this location. They never answer calls, and when you finally get through or show up in person, the receptionist (an older Filipino lady) is completely dismissive and unhelpful. Patients’ questions and concerns are brushed off as if they don’t matter. Zero professionalism, zero empathy. For a medical imaging place, you’d expect at least basic courtesy and responsiveness, but you won’t find it here.

Lolita, the receptionist at the front desk is very rude and not helpful at all. Would not help me and another patient book our appointments because she said she was too busy, yet there was no one waiting behind me. She then said she would call back to reschedule my appointment and failed to do so. I thought working at front desk, part of your job description would be you are to help people book appointments and be courteous but no customer service in this case. I have been to this location at 2 different times. Both times my experience was outstanding. Very fast in and out 15 minutes.

I had my 20w6d anatomy scan with Priya, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire appointment, even though my baby was super active and made things a little tricky! While others might have gotten frustrated, Priya stayed calm, gentle, and kept referring to the baby as “so cute”, it truly made the experience feel special rather than stressful.
