Very disappointed with the service. The front desk seems unaware of urgent requests, and their call center is uncooperative and unwilling to assist. There’s no cancellation or waiting list available, which makes scheduling nearly impossible. Their online booking system doesn't respond or provide any follow-up. It’s unclear how patients are expected to get an appointment. It’s especially concerning that they’re part of a government-funded system yet fail to meet basic service standards.
I had a phenomenal first experience with the young tech. She was very informative and had excitement with us which was so encouraging. Receptionist did not have great customers service hence the 4 not 5 star rating
Despite the negative reviews, I had a great experience with Priya today! She was extremely supportive and patient. She made me feel comfortable and done her job perfectly. I believe this is the best ultrasound experience I have had in WCMI so far. Thank you again Priya.
The front desk staff and the technician were really kind!! I went for an ultrasound and the team was very caring
