Was early for my appointment after one month but because it took me time to locate the place, I was 10mins late. The receptionist just told me that they had moved on and will have to reschedule. She wasn't ready to help in any way. I left that place so unhappy. I had to reschedule to another location.
Experience with Lori & Lolita. They were very friendly and professional, lots of smiles. My procedure was done in 5 minutes.
Cause I’ve been to many imaging centres, I have a baseline. I can happily say, the one here stood out. Mainly, cause of the patience of the staffs, being more personable, going above and beyond to check something for us, and positive attitude despite the workload, and pressure.
Lady that did the x-rays was super nice even though I was in a lot of pain made me feel comfortable I wish I could remember her name. Reception could be a little friendlier and helpful, and can never get through on the phone, very stressful when you need results.
