I made an appointment. Everything went smoothly.
WARNING The Building DOES NOT have "511" Posted anywhere on it, and parking is virtually non existent so PLAN AHEAD at least15 minutes to park and then walk to the ground level doorway. The Staff were polite and professional. Thanks but I almost missed my appointment searching for this building because across the road is a medical building.
My wife is pregnant and this WCM is the closest branch from my home. WCM never makes their works right ever. Whenever she books aappointments, every schedule is randomly updated without her permission and just they notify the changed schedule. It is crazily difficult to call them and book appointments over the phone. Most WCM are not good at all, but this branch is the worst. I truly hope they will read my review and improve their service quality in the near future for other customers and patients.
Honestly , we don’t know why those nasty reviews!!!! The receptionists were so courteous and friendly not only with us but with any particular patient . Even they were approaching some patients in the room for further help or explanation. The place is so nice , cozy and clean and they are very organized as far as booking is concerned and everyone was attended at the correct time of their appointment booking .
