My wife and I went here for an ultrasound, but I was not at all satisfied with the service and the attitude of the staff. They were very rude and cold. We had a completely bad experience for the first time. Please don't go there, and we tell everyone. It was not a good experience at all, everything was terrible.
I went there for my pregnancy ultrasound, and the lady who did my scan was extremely rude and unfriendly. She was wearing a shawl, very cold, serious, and in a rush. I couldn’t even ask to hear my baby’s heartbeat. It was my first ultrasound and she didn’t care at all to explain or make me feel comfortable. Very bad experience — I will never go back there again
My USG done is 21 Oct. still am waiting did not send copy of report to my doctor. Could you let me know when send to report my dr.
Technician yelled at me and then I had to jump through hoops to obtain a copy of my xray results
I made an online appointment for kidney ultrasound, came 10 min before it with full bladder according to the test requirements and they said my appointment is not in the system. I had an SMS with the confirmation and I could login to my online account right therein front of them and the appointment was there, but not in their system. I waited for 30 min for them to say they could do nothing - all this time with full bladder that was ready to explode.
