Called at 11:30am to confirm if I could just walk in with my kid for an X-ray at 3:30om, and after almost 10 min waiting, a man answered and said yes, we could go. We got there at 3:30pm and a lady just said no, to come back in the next day. When I tried to explain that I called and they said to go she just kept repeating to go back in the next day in the morning or on Saturday, simply didn't care. Terrible customer service, extremely frustrating.
Awful experience. Came for 20 week gender ultrasound today. I was made to resend the ultrasound requisition on the day even though it was uploaded/required to initially get the appointment booked they didn’t have it on file … While we were there another client came in the lobby and was outraged at the receptionist for a total screw up with their appointment. Best experience... I had my appointment with lady Yan, she was very nice and friendly to me. I have had the best experience here ever. Even receptionist guy was very polite. I highly recommended.
They need to change how they manage walk-in X-ray patients. People are being told to come back at 2 p.m., and even when I arrived at 12:30 p.m., I was also told to return then. I said I could wait since it’s supposed to be walk-in only, but the waiting room is now full of patients all asked to return between 1:30 and 2 p.m., and none have been seen yet.
