Rude receptionist! I politely asked which location has the closest appointment and she refused to answer and booked a 2 months far appointment without confirming if the time works for me! Didn’t even say hi! Absolutely no reason to be this rude or unhelpful
Waste of time....Made appointment showed up on time only to be told radiologist didn't want to do my ultrasound....No clear reason or explanation.....
I had a 12 week scan today. Extremely disappointed with my experience. The ultrasound tech was rude when I asked him questions and did not make me feel comfortable. My husband was not allowed in the room with me. The tech did not allow me to watch the screen while he did the scan. We don’t get to hear a heart beat. We were so excited for the appointment as we have had previous loss and were expecting to feel better going into this appointment. After reviewing previous reviews, I had a realization that many women going through the ultrasound process have had extremely similar experiences. Unfortunately I was not limited to that. I recently had an ultrasound at this location and it was my first time ever having to go through this. I was genuinely worried already since I wasn’t aware that I had a male sonographer til I was called.
