Awesome experience. I got checked out right on time. Naz was super nice.
Arrived about 5 mins early and they took me in quick! I would like to give a little extra credit to Naz as she was so personable and helpful, I would ask for her! :)
Worst experience ever. Appointment time is 10:20 we came 15 minutes early but wait for 50 minutes and when ask what’s going on then the receptionist said technician face some problems but technicians walk away outside for some personal work and came back after 25 minutes. We have other plans but stuck with it. I don’t know what is the meaning for appointment if they guys do this thing. No manager and other staff listen your problem worst staff worst location Scott Road.
Had a great experience here getting an abdominal ultrasound. They were really considerate and got me in a couple of minutes before my actual appointment time, the staff member running the scan was quick and reassuring, and the whole process went smoothly and as comfortably as it could. Really appreciate their consideration for my discomfort from the full bladder required for the scan.
I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were incredible especially Naz, she explained every step of the procedure clearly which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, i am happy with the level of care and service I received.
