Can’t book an appointment through the useless phone and online service. Check this. Step 1 go online and book then wait for a call. Not sure when. Step 2 wait -> steps 3 through 12 continue waiting….. hmm wonder when they will call. ??? Step 3 take child to daycare -> miss the call Step 4. Their message requests patient call back to confirm. Absolutely un professional staff. When I initially arrived , was no one in the waiting room. It was stated that X-rays are walk in- first come first serve on the glass. 11 random people walked after me, for a walk in xray and were treated before me. i could hear them saying they were walk in patients too. I seen the staff behind the counter constantly shuffle the requisitions so I was at the bottom of the pile. I also heard them saying they can go before him. Great experience at West Coast Medical Imaging! The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy.
I have bad experience the receptionist they not care of clinent and they don't care which one is come first and spend too much time just for talking with someone they know and let others waiting they are so rude
