Dr. Sandra Chin has been our family's doctor for years, following the wonderful Dr. Maria Posada. My husband, my autistic 23 years old son and youngest 20 year old son are all seen by this practice - specifically Dr. Chin, and we wouldn't have it any other way. What a laughing stock. If you’re overweight that’s the only thing they are going to focus on. Have PTSD? Lose weight. Anxiety? Lose weight. You have an ear infection? That stinks, maybe if you lost weight…. Haven’t been to the office in 2 years but when I called to try and set up an appointment they said they’d have to set me up as a new patient since I hadn’t been there. Deanna Was Rude & Disrespectful.
Have been trying to get in contact for the past three days to set up an appointment and can’t ever get a call back or even connected to the office, i was also told i would be getting a call back on friday and turns out they’re closed on friday! and of course it was one of their representatives as well. very unprofessional and very frustrating that i have to go through all this just to get an appointment especially since i’ve always gone to this office, extremely upset and will not be calling back again.
