I had a great experience at West Coast Mazda with Travis Evans. He was honest, helpful, and upfront throughout the entire purchasing process, which really stood out compared to other dealerships I visited. He also followed up multiple times after the sale to make sure everything was going well. I’d definitely recommend working with him!
Been going to them for every service since we got our 2014 CX-5 still going strong. However they recently upsold me on a brake flush which was likely due however when you do that you usually at the least check the pads and rotors as part of their maintenance package. This time they did not. I went to get my tires changed and my brakes were below 3mm and should have been inspected and advised of the wear.
Travis was great.
