What an amazing experience! Filled out their request on the website, which by the way was super easy to do and planned The first cleaning service with Deanna which was a “deep clean, post construction clean“ of our new house! The attention to detail, was incredible! I am super picky and this went beyond my expectations! And my house smells so damn good right now! Melissa did a great job cleaning our new home! Deanna was great about checking in daily to ensure everything was on track. I’m very happy with West Coast Maids’ service and would recommend them!
Edit- visible wrappers and earbuds found beneath the beds after "deep" cleaning. Yellow stains on bedroom doors etc. Overall good cleaning but not "deep". The management needs to be more considerate while charging depending upon the condition of the property which was actually not that bad compared to a standard dirty house as I too frequently clean my house. Also, in case of medical exigencies to the owner, there has to be second-in-line admin staff who is available for customer calls, and is authorized to make decisions.
This company is the best in Simcoe county I had my home cleaned with such professional staff and extremely fair prices. The staff were so extremely detailed when cleaning, they listened to all my concerns, they very much appreciated all my feedback and this company truly cares in providing excellent services.
