Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I used West Coast Maids twice this summer and both times I was extremely disappointed. The first time, I called and was told that I would be receiving a discounted rate as a first time customer. They also had a promotion going on at the time, which was great for me because I am a student on a tight budget. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. First visit I was over charged by $50. The second visit they randomly showed up on a day not scheduled. Third visit, no show. There is nobody to talk to, as they refuse to answer any phone calls. It is a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and look up reviews on other sites before booking them. I wish I would have. Learned a valuable lesson.
My neighbor and I have been using West Coast Maids for about 6 months. We're both pretty happy with their maids and office staff
Their prices were reasonable. Servicewas very good.
