About a month ago, I booked a car service for my boss's daughter prom. Easy booking and excellent customer service!! The driver, Leon, went above and beyond! He would send me text messages at each stop so we knew the girls were where they were supposed to be and got home safe. Highly recommend this company!! Thank you Leon and thank you Katherine for a consistent, great experience.

West Coast saved the day. We had a winery trip planned yesterday and the company we hired and paid for canceled 20 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. Katherine made my wife very happy by finding a bus, picking us up and making sure my wife, me and several friends waiting made it to the wineries. Thank you for your professionalism and wonderful bus. We had fun and made some great memories because of West Coast.
