I can’t say enough great things about West Coast Joint and Spine. My mom recently had surgery there and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly on top of every detail. They made us feel supported and informed every step of the way. Thank you to Dr. Wahlquist! Highly recommend!! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were patient and very thorough with our paperwork. They helped calm my husband and put his mind at ease since he was visibly anxious. Facility is super clean and organized. From start to finish was an amazing experience and would recommend West Coast Joint and Spine Center to anyone. I also really appreciated the Thank you card in our take home packet that had everyone who we talked to sign. You guys are all great. 👍

What a wonderful facility!! The staff and nurses are top notch. If you are having surgery and have a choice this place is awesome there is no problem parking a comfortable waiting area and even have a Starbucks across the street! Perfect all around. My husband had spine surgery here and this was 1000% better than going to Roseville Sutter surgery center with all their parking issues! Unfortunately, I have been here more times than I care to mention. But I highly recommend if possible to have your surgery at this facility. All of the staff are very experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a beautiful, waiting room complemented with coffee or tea. Very close to a bunch of restaurants in a huge outdoor shopping mall. I have been camped out in their lobby for many hours and luckily they have a variety of different chairs and plenty of wall outlets for your electronics. Bathroom is always immaculat... read more

From the beginning it was an awful experience. We arrived at 9 as instructed and they said they had called the day before to tell me my surgery got moved to 3. The manager said they could reschedule. Really??? When we've been planning this for months. The pre op nurse was nice. We received different information from what pre op and post op nurses said. Not cool. They were being rude and mean to me in post op. The pain was severe and I asked to talk to doctor or anesthesiologist they said I couldn't. I kept telling ... read more
