This place is amazing! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Nurses are amazing. The amount of effort this place has put into education, clarity and transparency prior to surgery dates is fantastic. I walked in on my surgery date feeling like I knew what to expect, what I needed to do at home post op and that I could contact the surgery center if I needed anything. They also called to check in several times post op. I’m so impressed and my recovery is going so well! Thank you!!
Highly recommend!! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were patient and very thorough with our paperwork. They helped calm my husband and put his mind at ease since he was visibly anxious. Facility is super clean and organized. From start to finish was an amazing experience and would recommend West Coast Joint and Spine Center to anyone. I also really appreciated the Thank you card in our take home packet that had everyone who we talked to sign. You guys are all great. 👍
What a wonderful facility!! The staff and nurses are top notch. If you are having surgery and have a choice this place is awesome there is no problem parking a comfortable waiting area and even have a Starbucks across the street! Perfect all around. My husband had spine surgery here and this was 1000% better than going to Roseville Sutter surgery center with all their parking issues! The office is clean, surgery went well, however the billing system is a complete mess. I have had Auto pay set up for months and they just can not seem to get it right! Every month I get calls, emails and text messages about how I will go to collections if I don’t pay the full amount in full! I have to call into the office to schedule a manual payment and ask they take me off the collections list. I have spoken with the manager and even taken it up with corporate at this point, and still every month they send the same notice... read more
I can’t say enough great things about West Coast Joint and Spine. My mom recently had surgery there and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly on top of every detail. They made us feel supported and informed every step of the way. Thank you to Dr. Wahlquist!
