Highly recommend!! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were patient and very thorough with our paperwork. They helped calm my husband and put his mind at ease since he was visibly anxious. Facility is super clean and organized. From start to finish was an amazing experience and would recommend West Coast Joint and Spine Center to anyone. I also really appreciated the Thank you card in our take home packet that had everyone who we talked to sign. You guys are all great. 👍
Dr. Patching (10 out of 10) performed an inguinal hernia repair on my husband yesterday at West Coast Joint and Spine Center. The office is beautiful and clean with plenty of parking. The office staff were pleasant and got us checked in quickly. I received text messages from staff throughout the process from pre-op to recovery to let me know my husband's status. Unfortunately, I have been here more times than I care to mention. But I highly recommend if possible to have your surgery at this facility. All of the staff are very experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a beautiful, waiting room complemented with coffee or tea. Very close to a bunch of restaurants in a huge outdoor shopping mall. My wife had a knee replacement here and we can not say enough good things about the facility, the surgeon, Dr. Lucas, the surgery staff nurses Tiffany, C&T Oy,Tianna, the anesthesiologist, the pre op nurse Veronica and post op nurse Chris, and the front desk staff, Krissy and Joshy. This was by far the most outstanding service and support in healthcare we have ever experienced. Highest quality attention from every single person! Thank you so so much for your wonderful caring attitudes and dedication!!
