We unfortunately needed to use Hospice services. From the beginning with the administrative part Marie, who with her ability to connect with all of our family members but most importantly with my father, who was to receive the medical care. Answered all of our questions with much knowledge and understanding. The nursing staff was AMAZING I cannot emphasize enough how caring and supportive they were. RN Cathy Turner and the entire team at West Coast Hospice are providing excellent care to our mother who is in hospice due to dementia. Our mom also has very complicated respiratory and heart conditions so we were worried about what her medical care would look like in home hospice. Cathy and social worker, Bee have helped us to access all the medical equipment and medical care that, combined, bring comfort to our mom and our family. Was a very pleasant experience with the circumstances. Some of the best and attentive care I have ever seen. Whatever we need to do was handled and taken care of before we figured out that was necessary. Truly a great team of hardworking, honest, and caring individuals. We couldn’t have done it without this team. They are the heroes behind the scenes and really allowed my grandmother to fade peacefully as she intended.
