West Coast Home Inspection was recommended to us by our realtor. What a great experience!! Wes prepared a very detailed report of 164 pages crammed with photos, observations, and recommendations. The report came in handy when we discovered issues with the previous owners after the closing. The previous owners changed out the custom shower head, removed curtain rods and even went to the unbelievable task of replacing the dooe bell!! Thank goodness we had the report and a damage deposit. Well they just saved me from a financial disaster. The house was going to be a rental property and described as move in ready. The kindest thing I can say is the property was seriously misrepresented.(that description is generous) Please be careful, there is a person selling misrepresented properties at what are low prices without a realtor.
