Uriel came out to check on why our hvac wasn't working. He quickly determined what the problem was and made the repair. We are very impressed with his abilities and professionalism.
We had a delicate job--old two-story home on a hill, new HVAC to go on the roof--needed a crane and someone skilled to operate it and a big team to install the unit. It had to be set between two skylights within inches of the unit frame. West Coast group was amazing start to finish--initial visit to size up our need, office staff to do arrangements, technicians to do the installing--all excellent. They all did a artful job!!
