Chary, Tech/Sales Rep, did a great job, 1st, trying to bring the old unit back to life, then selling me on my new unit. In doing so, he met my needs and beat out three strong competitors. Once the product is installed and meets the promise, I will be more than happy to add that 5th star along with my strongest recommendation.
Thomas was very professional and thorough in his service inspection of our AC units. Took the time to check all aspects of it and wash them with the hose taking care not to get water near the electronics. We feel certain they are in excellent shape.
We had an issue with our air conditioner not cooling and Thomas fixed us right up. He came when we were expecting him to and he was super nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend this company!
Volodymir gave excellent service. Very nice, fast/efficient, and professional. He also answered any follow-up questions I had about the A/C.
