I have a Merlin Garage Door and requested the procedure to reset the sensor for the remote control as one of my remotes went missing and didn’t want a strange person to use it. I had two choices pay $160.00 for a technician to come out and reset it or, google it! Not very professional, did end up finding out from another Company press and hold the LRN for 6 seconds to reset.
not interested in contacting me after several weeks for the actual job they quoted me even after many messages from me so went elsewhere
One of the worst customer service assistant ever. I got quote them on 19/06/24 I paid them 50% by myself on 19/07/24 and still didn't get anything from them, while calling them they are ignoring calls and not providing any answers. Is there anyone hearing a customers ? It's been more than 3 months NOW. Pathetic arrogant service b y them.
There reception doesn’t know how to talk with customer and hasn’t courtesy to update about garage door. Very Disappointing.
I was quoted 6-8 weeks for the delivery of my garage doors. After continuously following up I was told that the information given, was false and that it was actually a 12 week wait. So after following up a couple times a week, and the process continuously being delayed, we finally received our products. Due to the extended wait, our installers weren’t able carry out the job for us, therefor I requested an installation from their company.
