We used this company a few years ago to replace our garage door and were extremely satisfied with the service received. Unfortunately today we phoned for a service call, had to leave a message, no call back so phoned once again only to be very rudely told we could not get a service call for at least a week although their webpage says to expect a service call within 24 hours. Won't be using them again. Have organised with another company to come tomorrow morning
West Coast Garages Installed a new garage door today and it looks fabulous! Greg was my consultant and he helped me with the colours choice and panels and I couldn't be happier.
I have a Merlin Garage Door and requested the procedure to reset the sensor for the remote control as one of my remotes went missing and didn’t want a strange person to use it. I had two choices pay $160.00 for a technician to come out and reset it or, google it! Not very professional, did end up finding out from another Company press and hold the LRN for 6 seconds to reset.
not interested in contacting me after several weeks for the actual job they quoted me even after many messages from me so went elsewhere
One of the worst customer service assistant ever. I got quote them on 19/06/24 I paid them 50% by myself on 19/07/24 and still didn't get anything from them, while calling them they are ignoring calls and not providing any answers. Is there anyone hearing a customers ? It's been more than 3 months NOW. Pathetic arrogant service b y them.
