I was able to get an appointment next day, due to explaining to Rayna what I needed. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Garcia in Dr. Bean's Palm Springs office. She inspired confidence in me of her knowledge, as we discussed my injury. I am looking forward to a positive outcome.
I saw a PA, by the name of Wayne. He took time to explain why I was having pain & how to help elevate it. Gave me an action plan all the way through to possibly surgery, if the other items didn’t help. I was very appreciative of that. When I checked in the staff was very kind, unfortunately checking out was a different story.
Excellent service . Staff is friendly. Definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
