I would highly recommend this company. Bridget was so easy to work with. She provided me as many samples as I needed and install went very smoothly and timely.
I had an outstanding experience at West Coast Flooring, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bridget, who was hands down a fabulous salesperson! From start to finish, she made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain the different options, answered all of my questions, and really made me feel confident in my decisions. Bridget was responsive, professional and patiently spent time with my husband reviewing carpet options while I was away on a biz trip. She provided pros and cons with various carpet samples working with our interior paint colors. Her follow up was timely and informative. Bridget was great! The hic cup was installation Apparently installation is not integrated with sales which caused over a 2 week delay in installation. Our experience with West Coast Flooring was great! The staff is very personable, they had a huge selection of flooring to choose from, the pricing was incredible (we were so thankful we went through Costco; and Bridget really hooked us up!!) and the install service was amazing! They even returned to finish our closet once our bath remodel was completed a month later! We highly recommend West Coast Flooring!!!
