West Coast Floor does outstanding work. Phil was excellent at giving an accurate estimate with a variety of options for restoring the original wood floors. Jesus is excellent at the getting the colors to come out beautiful. They were on time and kept to the estimated schedule. The results came out beautiful. Throughout the project Jesus and Phil checked in regularly to make sure that we were happy with the work.
Worst experience I've ever had with a flooring contractor. And then Jesus Martinez calls me to try to intimidate me after seeing my review. Cursing at me! He said the hob was done right but never even showed up with the homeowner. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional.
