I have been going to Tara for years and I am extremely disappointed to find that if you haven’t seen her in 2 years or you ever cancel an appointment with their office they refuse to see you anymore. Not great customer care !!!!!
Dr Tara is a first class dentist. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I have quite high anxiety at the dentist and she is very patient and gentle . The staff are welcoming and efficient.
Tera is absolutely amazing! When my youngest knocked out his front teeth while ice skating, she got us in right away and took every extra step to make sure he was okay. Her kindness and compassion made such a difference—she went above and beyond to comfort my little one during a really stressful time. Thanks to her care, his teeth are growing in correctly, and we got the treatment he needed. I can't recommend Tera and her team enough!
Dr. Tara Groff was recommended to me by a colleague. I have been very pleased with her work, her ability to connect and her staff are very helpful. I highly recommend West Coast Family Dentistry in Sooke.
