We had an incredible experience working with Wendi, DJ, and their team for our wedding rentals — they were professional, knowledgeable, creative, and fun to work with! We recently worked with WCEP for our wedding and they were great. Wendi and DJ were very communicative, professional, and helpful. Delivery and set up were smooth. The set-up crew was also great. We had a few items we did not give clear directions for, and they took the initiative to set them up in a very functional and aesthetically pleasing location.
Please do not work with this company. Their driver drove a truck through our garden beds on property. I was there yelling at this to stop, he did not listen and run over a ton of plants. I submitted video footage to the owner, Pat, who is the most defensive person ever existed and would not take accountability in any way, and blames me as the property owner for not telling them to bring a smaller truck (who brings a 40 footer to deliver 50 chairs and 10 tables?) Fantastic job setting up the canopy(40'x50'), considering the yard constraints. Gerald and crew definitely get two thumbs up.
