Only because -⭐was not an option. There is NO customer service. Its diy loading & unloading of all items you rent. If you arrive solo-oh well. Parking blocked by their truck, so be prepared to haul stuff across the pkg lot. The rack rolls downhill while ur attempting to load your truck-catch it. Their prices r comprable to others but they are closed Sat & Sun, which means take time from work to pick-up and return. No you may not send anyone else - only the party on the contract. It just went on & on. Never again.
