I had a double proceedure today and can't thank the staff and doctors enough for their excellent service and care. Thank you
An excellent standard of care, from reception, nurse, surgeon & anaesthetist to nurses attending & arranging departure. The Informed Financial Consent form, along with detailed instructions for surgery preparation and verbal check-ins along the way made the whole process predictable & as pleasant as a colonoscopy procedure can be.
The only positive I can say is the staff who have to work under these conditions and are polite and professional. HOWEVER ThIS doctor (TERM USED LOOSELY) is incompetent doesn't listen cuts you off while explaining your symptoms and treats patients like morons. BUT EXTREMELY interested in medicare money /huge fees for a 5 min consult this is proved as HE makes patients PAY UP FRONT before your appt. Not sure if this is legal in Australia. Very professional and caring team that have made the procedure as comfortable as possible.
I cannot recommend Dr Kaushik and his staff for professionalism or value for money as a result of my disappointing experience with them. I did not feel supported or respected.
