Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Each and every staff member from reception, anesthetist and nurses were wonderful, very kind, caring and friendly. Was made very comfortable, reassured and talked through each step. Dr Susil was very efficient and kind. I was very anxious but the team here made this experience a breeze.
Dr Kaushik I recommend you find another occupation last thing I needed was a derogatory comments. Waiting in very uncomfortable chairs more than 3 HOURS for my turn after being up all night doing preparation. The Dr wrote I didn’t do the prep correctly however I did it to the letter. I wasn’t until I was laid on my back on the operation table dehydrated and exhausted with anaesthetist drip ready that he came and stood over me for seconds and asked if I had any questions!!!! An excellent standard of care, from reception, nurse, surgeon & anaesthetist to nurses attending & arranging departure. The Informed Financial Consent form, along with detailed instructions for surgery preparation and verbal check-ins along the way made the whole process predictable & as pleasant as a colonoscopy procedure can be.
The only positive I can say is the staff who have to work under these conditions and are polite and professional. HOWEVER ThIS doctor (TERM USED LOOSELY) is incompetent doesn't listen cuts you off while explaining your symptoms and treats patients like morons. BUT EXTREMELY interested in medicare money /huge fees for a 5 min consult this is proved as HE makes patients PAY UP FRONT before your appt. Not sure if this is legal in Australia.
