Bob was amazing! So was everyone that worked here. The process and stress of creating a custom natural ring was met with experience and a want to do what was right for me and my now fiancé! Bob let me look at many stones to determine what was most important to me in my affordability range. It was amazing to see each stone side by side to truly know the difference between color, clarity, and carat ranges (he only does the excellent 'cut' as its maximum sparkle).
