It was a bad experience. Disorganized place. Two hours wait for a routine cleaning and then they did polishing only and called it cleaning. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
Took two hours! X-rays and a not so great cleaning!
Waited two hours and still didn’t get seen or helped. Kept getting told it’s almost our turn. Appointment was for my two year old and I also had my baby with me so it’s just ridiculous that we had to wait that long and nobody could tend to us. What a waste of time and energy.
MANNNN WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN SO I HAVE APPOINTMENTS FOR 4 OF MY KIDS. WHEN I WALKED IN THE LADY WAS ALREADY JUST LOOKING I'M LIKE I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT LIKEEEEE THAT'S WHY I'M HERE AND I LET HER KNOW I DIDNT HAVE THERE CARDS BUT I CAN EMAIL THEM I'M LIKE I NEED THE EMAIL SHE'S LIKE IT'S IN FRONT OF OF YOU VERY RUDE AND I TOLD THEM BEFORE I CAME I DIDN'T FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK BECAUSE I DIDNT RECEIVE THEM AND SHE TELLS ME THE OFFICE IS A PAPER FREE OFFICE AND I NEED TO FILL IT OUT ON MY PHONE I'M OLDER I'M NOT THAT GOOD WITH ... read more
They are a whole mess with their booking, who ever is in charge it’s awful.
