I called to book an emergency appointment and was told to come in at 12:15 pm and there is a 15 minute grace period. I get to the office at 12:20 PM and was told they couldn't see me because they were going to lunch. I asked why they would book the appointment if they couldn't see me, the person behind the desk said I don't know ma'am but if I check you in that will put all of our people behind for lunch.
