This place Makes you wait hours with appointments!!! Every single time it’s. A different excuse they overbook. I have no problem waiting its how long they have you wait. It’s ridiculous.
This is the first dentist office I've ever been to that will make appointments without your knowledge or constent. My son had 1 appointment there and now every 6 months they make additional appointments without asking what time works for us, they just assume you'll show up. If you don't confirm your appointment they will constantly bombard you with text reminders and even if you reply to them saying you never made the appointment they double down and send even more text reminders! I love Dr. Garcia's work. As a child, every dental appointment resulted in some trauma, but with him I'm in good hands. I would not visit any other dentist but him....twoo root canals....no pain!
First experience was great. We had appointments at 8AM when they open. I'm out at 10:20AM (because I couldnt get my cleaning done today). I finally got a room at 9:40ish. Wife got room at 10:20, Wife is in there still waiting for her cleaning..... its 10:41 and she still waiting. This is our last time coming here..... oh they just walked in there apparently. Still never coming back.
Always made to Wait an Hour or More! I'm done with this place, don't have hours to wait every time we have an appt... the dentist and hygienist have been good when you get seen. But me and my family have been coming here but each time we are made to wait at least an hour or more...
