The staff is amazing and welcoming. Dr. Kim and Dr. Adib provide me with great care and are helping me address some longstanding dental issues that I put off. I've never waited longer than 30 minutes with an appointment, and each visit is very pleasant!
First off, Dr. Kim is absolutely great and honestly only reason I continue to come here. Their appointment schedule is so horrendous. My appointment was at 11:30 and I’m still sitting waiting to be seen at almost 1 o’clock. This has happened with every single visit. Never honor appointment times or try to stay within a reasonable window. Constantly overbooking when they can’t handle the flow. Thank you for everything Dr. Kim, but I won’t be returning after this procedure.
Their customer service is horrible. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor. The dentist refused to treat my 8 year old for a simple cavity and sent us to a specialist instead. We also had an emergency with my oldest daughter’s braces and requested a call, service, or advice, but nobody cared to return our calls. ***DO NOT GET BRACES HERE, THERE ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND BREAK VERY EASILY, GET INVISALING RETAINER INSTEAD, PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR KIDS WILL NEED TO WARE THEM FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES*** This is not a good pl... read more
